Generosity
There is a proverb that talks about “a generous person.” A better translation from Hebrew is “a person of blessing.” Generosity is more than giving.
It is giving with a heart like God’s.
It is giving to enrich someone’s life.
It is giving that is often unearned and unmerited.
It is giving that transforms the world.
It is love.
And when we are generous like that, the act of giving blesses and transforms us too.
“A generous person will be enriched, and one who gives water will get water.”
